Our Mission

Provide training, mentorship, and educational resources to women (ages 24-37) in the community to improve their leadership capacity, life skills competencies and reduce their likelihood to succumb to negative behaviors.

Our mission is centered around three (3) areas: VALUES, VIRTUES, VISION

We will instill VALUES, based on core biblical-based beliefs and principles through our programs and services that develop the skills, knowledge and uniqueness of each lady, as it pertains to their personality, purpose, education and development.

We teach VIRTUES, serving as character role models and liaisons, for ladies to community resources and programs that share or advance our mission. Our community resources and programs are evidenced-based and grounded in a strong foundation of research, yet practical and applicable to the current trends and issues of women between the ages of 24-37.

TLC’s nonprofit status and educational and leadership mission allows us to embody VISION  as an organization, offering our programs free to women to amplify and increase the impact of TLC through the contributions from individuals, organizations and corporate sponsors.

To see the now (and the next) generation of ladies flourishing in their community, nonprofit sectors, businesses, schools, and entrepreneurial endeavors by adhering to the values, virtues, and visions outlined for them through biblical teaching and practices.

TLC will focus its educational and personal development activities in communities where women are lacking a structured, transformative construct to grow and shape future generations of women leaders.
