The Lady Chapter

The Lady Chapter™️ Inc. (TLC) is an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) public benefit nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes. Specifically, TLC is a faith-based educational, leadership, and personal development organization for young adult emerging female leaders.

Our mission is to provide leadership training, coaching, and mentorship to next-generation female leaders ages 24-37 to improve their competence, confidence, and emotional intelligence through accountability, community, education, and biblical instruction.

We deliver a 10-month transformative, curriculum-based leadership development construct. Incorporating a high level of Christian discipleship, our team seeks to equip, educate, and empower future generations of women leaders by cultivating leadership maturation, community engagement, and life skills competencies.

Values. Virtues. Visions.

We instill VALUES based on core biblical-based beliefs and principles through our programs and services, believing the Lord is more concerned with our motives, faithfulness, and character than cultural norms and pursuits.

We teach VIRTUES as character role models and mentors for emerging female leaders to understand the importance of embodying integrity, competence, and Christ-centered qualities in their homes, communities, and workplaces. Additionally, our resources are grounded in evidence-based research applicable to the current trends and issues of women (ages 24-37).

We collaboratively explore participants’ VISIONS for every area of their lives—personally, communally, and professionally. We believe leaders are born — and made. Therefore, we apply leadership and emotional intelligence theories, communication research and practice, and storytelling to support emerging female leaders in understanding their transformative journey.

WHAT WE DO

Equip. educate. empower.

The Lady Chapter Leadership Program supports emerging female leaders in understanding the importance of defining leadership and followership and how both elements impact their future as 21st-century leaders. Additionally, we train our clients to adapt to the dynamic intricacies of today’s modern world and navigate its ever-increasing challenges successfully.

Research indicates leadership growth is crucial for next-generation female leaders. Each Program participant benefits from ongoing interaction with senior female leaders who have overcome the maze of barriers and long-held beliefs ascribed to women in leadership roles.

Incorporating an integrative developmental strategy, we advocate for self-clarity that allows emerging female leaders to grow, recognize their unique value, and expand self-confidence, thereby empowering them to maximize their individual and professional capacity.
